Mov­ing for­ward to­geth­er

Our ETC User Sum­mit in Sep­tem­ber was a com­plete suc­cess. Nu­mer­ous par­tic­i­pants came to­geth­er to ex­change ideas about new tools and tech­nolo­gies and to gain ex­cit­ing in­sights into the fu­ture of pub­lic trans­porta­tion.

The fo­cus was on a cen­tral theme: Collaboration. Be­cause to­geth­er we achieve in the in­dus­try what of­ten seems dif­fi­cult or even im­pos­si­ble for in­di­vid­u­als.

The work­shops were par­tic­u­lar­ly pop­u­lar, where we delved deep into the de­tails of dis­rup­tion man­age­ment and dig­i­tal­iza­tion in pub­lic trans­porta­tion. The ses­sions on our new con­trol cen­ter tools and our user in­ter­face (UI UX) also at­tract­ed great in­ter­est.

In the ex­pert lec­tures and at the info points of our part­ners, as well as the es­tab­lished con­trol cen­ter, there was con­tin­u­ous live­ly ex­change about new fea­tures, tech­nolo­gies, and the small quick wins that no­tice­ably im­prove every­day op­er­a­tions.

A big thank you to every­one who par­tic­i­pat­ed, to our part­ners, and to all those who con­tributed on and be­hind the scenes. We look for­ward to the next steps to­geth­er and to fur­ther projects.
