ETC So­lu­tions is a lead­ing soft­ware man­u­fac­tur­er and SaaS provider for the pub­lic trans­port sec­tor. Our fo­cus is on de­vel­op­ing in­no­v­a­tive IT sys­tems for the rail and bus in­dus­tries.

We pro­vide mo­bil­i­ty providers with in­tel­li­gent soft­ware sys­tems – from process dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion and au­to­mat­ed, net­worked data com­mu­ni­ca­tion through to big‑­da­ta analy­sis and eval­u­a­tion sys­tems. In this way, we cre­ate mod­ern dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion so­lu­tions for high­‑qual­i­ty and punc­tu­al pub­lic trans­port.

Our re­al‑­time in­for­ma­tion sys­tems en­sure smooth and ef­fi­cient op­er­a­tions for many trans­port com­pa­nies through­out Eu­rope. With more than 15,000 ac­tive users, ETC process­es more than one bil­lion data records per day.

As of 01/09/2026, we are look­ing for you to strength­en our team with a three­‑year ap­pren­tice­ship as Man­age­ment As­sis­tant for Dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion (m/f/d) in Berlin.


Your tasks:

Dur­ing your train­ing, we will pro­vide you with ex­ten­sive knowl­edge in both com­mer­cial and dig­i­tal ar­eas, in­clud­ing:

  • Analysing and op­ti­mis­ing in­ter­nal busi­ness process­es

  • Sup­port­ing the dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion of ad­min­is­tra­tive work­flows

  • Record­ing and doc­u­ment­ing re­quire­ments from spe­cial­ist de­part­ments

  • En­ter­ing, main­tain­ing and eval­u­at­ing data

  • Sup­port­ing dig­i­tal projects

  • As­sist­ing with the in­tro­duc­tion and use of dig­i­tal tools and sys­tems

  • Sup­port­ing com­mer­cial and or­gan­i­sa­tion­al tasks

  • Com­mu­ni­cat­ing with in­ter­nal de­part­ments and IT

  • Help­ing to im­prove data qual­i­ty, process­es and dig­i­tal work­flows


What you bring:
