RailTab pro­vides train dri­vers with all trip-rel­e­vant in­for­ma­tion dig­i­tal­ly and al­ways up to date. Build­ing on the EBu­La data from DB In­fra­GO, timeta­bles, slow-or­der zones, op­er­a­tional no­tices, con­struc­tion in­for­ma­tion and oth­er doc­u­ments can be pro­vid­ed cen­tral­ly and up­dat­ed au­to­mat­i­cal­ly.

Through di­rect in­te­gra­tion with plan­ning and op­er­a­tions, changes are avail­able prompt­ly, re­duc­ing pa­per-based process­es and im­prov­ing the time­li­ness of in­for­ma­tion. At the same time, trans­port op­er­a­tors ben­e­fit from sim­pli­fied doc­u­ment dis­tri­b­u­tion and greater trans­paren­cy over the con­tent pro­vid­ed.

The so­lu­tion sup­ports the pa­per­less dri­ver's cab and in­te­grates seam­less­ly into ex­ist­ing op­er­a­tional and ve­hi­cle process­es.

Are your de­lay up­dates still too slow or in­con­sis­tent across chan­nels?

De­lays, op­er­a­tional de­vi­a­tions, and dis­patch­ing mea­sures are passed to the RI fore­cast ma­chine and processed in com­pli­ance with TAP-TSI stan­dards. This pro­vides cur­rent fore­casts for in­for­ma­tion sys­tems, dis­plays, apps, and oth­er me­dia on a uni­form ba­sis.

Do you still have to es­ti­mate oc­cu­pan­cy be­cause re­li­able num­bers are miss­ing?

Pas­sen­ger num­bers are record­ed, made plau­si­ble, and made avail­able for eval­u­a­tions. The in­sights gained sup­port ca­pac­i­ty plan­ning, ser­vice de­sign, and qual­i­ty ev­i­dence for con­tract­ing au­thor­i­ties. Ex­ist­ing count­ing sys­tems can be in­te­grat­ed.

Are pas­sen­gers com­plain­ing be­cause up­dates don't reach where they are look­ing?

De­lays, can­cel­la­tions, re­place­ment ser­vices, and oth­er trav­el in­for­ma­tion can be di­rect­ly pro­vid­ed via What­sApp chan­nels. The in­for­ma­tion is based on ex­ist­ing op­er­a­tional and pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion process­es and com­ple­ments ex­ist­ing chan­nels such as apps, web­sites, and DFI dis­plays.

In­for­ma­tion from op­er­a­tions, ve­hi­cles, and pas­sen­ger sys­tems is pre­pared for dash­boards, key fig­ures, and man­age­ment re­ports. In­te­gra­tion with Mi­crosoft Pow­er BI en­ables flex­i­ble analy­ses and in­di­vid­ual eval­u­a­tions across all busi­ness ar­eas.

Are your sys­tems still dis­con­nect­ed and your teams copy­ing data man­u­al­ly?

The In­ter­face Add-on con­nects spe­cial­ist ap­pli­ca­tions and ex­ter­nal sys­tems along the en­tire process chain from con­trol cen­ters and pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion to main­te­nance and per­son­nel plan­ning. Open stan­dards and es­tab­lished in­dus­try pro­to­cols en­able flex­i­ble in­te­gra­tion of ex­ist­ing so­lu­tions.

Do dri­vers still have to dri­ve 'by feel' to save en­er­gy and be on time?

The dri­ver as­sis­tance sys­tem sup­ports train dri­vers and dri­vers with sit­u­a­tion-de­pen­dent dri­ving rec­om­men­da­tions based on route, sched­ule, and ve­hi­cle char­ac­ter­is­tics. The so­lu­tion works au­tonomous­ly, is retro­fittable, and re­quires no in­ter­ven­tion in the ve­hi­cle con­trol sys­tem.
