News from ETC So­lu­tions

On the RE1 line of the ODEG, pas­sen­gers can see which car­riages still have seats avail­able be­fore the train ar­rives. This is made pos­si­ble by the ETC Plat­form, which brings real-time oc­cu­pan­cy data ac­cord­ing to VDV 454 3.1 di­rect­ly to the plat­form dis­play.

AI-sup­port­ed ar­rival and de­par­ture times in real-time, di­rect­ly on the ETC Plat­form.

Via What­sApp chan­nels, the Bavar­i­an Re­giobahn (BRB) now in­forms its pas­sen­gers in real-time about de­lays, can­cel­la­tions, and rail re­place­ments. This is made pos­si­ble by our plat­form Dat­Net. Over 13,000 peo­ple al­ready fol­low the chan­nels.

With the suc­cess­ful live ac­ti­va­tion of the VDV 736 mal­func­tion re­port­ing tool, mal­func­tion re­ports are now flow­ing in real-time ex­act­ly where they are need­ed: on-site dis­plays, in the SBB timetable, and in the VB TPB net­work in­for­ma­tion.

We have in­te­grat­ed the new bat­tery-elec­tric ve­hi­cles of the RE 47 into the ex­ist­ing op­er­a­tions and con­trol cen­ter land­scape and pro­vid­ed real-time pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion for re­li­able in­for­ma­tion flow.

Our PIMS, based on the ETC Plat­form, now also sup­plies the new Stadler trains of the Berlin U-Bahn with cen­tral pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion.

ETC So­lu­tions will be there again. Ex­change, demos, and new con­ver­sa­tions at the in­dus­try's lead­ing trade fair.

As­sis­tance ser­vices for mo­bil­i­ty-im­paired trav­el­ers will be­come dig­i­tal­ly avail­able and will soon be in­te­grable sys­tem­i­cal­ly into EVU process­es.

Ini­tial runs in the City Tun­nel are un­der­way and we are sup­port­ing Län­der­bahn on its way to the launch of the S-Bahn Mit­teldeutsch­land.

Our plat­form as­sumes the cen­tral role as FIS sys­tem for the new fleet and en­ables re­li­able real-time data ex­change in­de­pen­dent of the op­er­a­tor.

Changes to train com­po­si­tion are au­to­mat­i­cal­ly processed in real-time. No phone calls, no man­u­al ef­fort.

As the first pri­vate EVU, ODEG is pro­duc­tive­ly con­nect­ed to the new pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion plat­form in­clud­ing train com­po­si­tion and for­ma­tion data.
