Mireo Start on the MEX13

We are very pleased to be part of this project: The start of the new Mireo re­place­ment fleet on the MEX13 line is a sig­nif­i­cant step for dig­i­tal rail traf­fic in Baden Würt­tem­berg.

Our plat­form as­sumes the cen­tral role in the back­ground as the Pas­sen­ger In­for­ma­tion Sys­tem (FIS) for the en­tire fleet. It en­ables re­li­able real-time data ex­change and pro­vides dy­nam­ic pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion re­gard­less of the op­er­a­tor.

This lays the foun­da­tion for sta­ble op­er­a­tional op­er­a­tions and bet­ter pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion even with com­plex re­quire­ments such as the ex­change of en­tire ve­hi­cle fleets.

The project shows how dig­i­tal in­fra­struc­ture makes op­er­a­tions more ef­fi­cient and trans­par­ent. We thank our part­ners Siemens Mo­bil­i­ty, Arve­rio Deutsch­land, and bwegt for their trust and co­op­er­a­tion.
