VDV 3.1 live with ODEG

As the first pri­vate rail­way com­pa­ny, ODEG is pro­duc­tive­ly con­nect­ed to the new pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion plat­form, in­clud­ing train com­po­si­tion and for­ma­tion data.

To­geth­er with ODEG and Deutsche Bahn, we have achieved an im­por­tant mile­stone: ODEG was the first pri­vate rail­way com­pa­ny to be con­nect­ed to the new pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion plat­form in VDV for­mat 3.1, in­clud­ing train com­po­si­tion and for­ma­tion data.

The re­sult: in­for­ma­tion can be processed much more com­plete­ly and clean­ly. This is ex­act­ly what is need­ed in dai­ly life for re­li­able in­for­ma­tion and ro­bust com­mu­ni­ca­tion along the trav­el chain.

In the mean­time, Nord­bahn and S-Bahn Han­nover are also con­nect­ed. More rail­way com­pa­nies will fol­low.
