In­no­Trans 2026: Ret­ro­spec­tive

In­no­Trans 2026 is over, and we re­flect on a trade fair week full of many valu­able en­coun­ters. At our booth in Hall 2.1, we demon­strat­ed for four days how the ETC Plat­form makes pub­lic trans­port more dig­i­tal, trans­par­ent, and ef­fi­cient. What par­tic­u­lar­ly pleased us: the con­sis­tent­ly high in­ter­est in our live demos and the per­son­al ex­change with trans­port com­pa­nies, stake­hold­ers, and part­ners from all over Eu­rope.

PIMS: Passenger Information for the Subway

Great in­ter­est was sparked by our joint project with the Berlin Pub­lic Trans­port Com­pa­ny (BVG): PIMS, the Pas­sen­ger In­for­ma­tion Mod­ule Sub­way. It brings cur­rent pas­sen­ger in­for­ma­tion di­rect­ly into sub­way ve­hi­cles. To­geth­er with Anna Fuchs from BVG, we were able to present the project at our booth and dis­cuss it with many vis­i­tors.

RailTab: Digital Assistant for Train Staff

RailTab, our lat­est prod­uct, was also in fo­cus. The dig­i­tal as­sis­tant sup­ports train dri­vers in dai­ly op­er­a­tions and con­sol­i­dates all rel­e­vant in­for­ma­tion on a sin­gle de­vice. We de­vel­oped RailTab to­geth­er with our part­ner IN­AVET, the In­sti­tute for Ap­plied Trans­port Telem­at­ics.

International Delegations Visiting

We were pleased to wel­come del­e­ga­tions from GIZ Brazil and the Ger­man De­vel­op­ment Co­op­er­a­tion Colom­bia to our booth. The dis­cus­sions fo­cused on in­no­v­a­tive so­lu­tions for pub­lic trans­port and the ques­tion of how sus­tain­able mo­bil­i­ty can be im­ple­ment­ed in­ter­na­tion­al­ly.

Public Transport Forum

To­geth­er with our part­ners PBV and rms GmbH, we or­ga­nized the Pub­lic Trans­port Fo­rum dur­ing the trade fair. The main top­ic was how AI pro­vides real val­ue in pub­lic trans­port and makes the leap from pi­lot projects to re­li­able every­day use.

ETC Networking Event

To con­clude the trade fair day, we in­vit­ed at­ten­dees to the ETC Net­work­ing Event at our booth. With mu­sic and cool drinks, there was room for con­ver­sa­tions away from the hus­tle and bus­tle of the trade fair. A DJ pro­vid­ed the right at­mos­phere in our "BVG sub­way cor­ner."
